Enhancing Meta's B2B Portal: A Collaborative Journey
Our collaboration with Meta focused on enhancing their B2B portal, particularly around analytics and user experience. We worked closely with their team to understand the needs of businesses and creators using the platform.
The existing B2B portal had opportunities for improvement in tracking influencer metrics. Businesses needed better insights into posting performance, audience demographics and engagement data to effectively measure their campaign success.
We approached this by developing intuitive dashboards and visualisations that surfaced key metrics clearly. Our focus was on making complex data accessible and actionable for users of all experience levels, while ensuring the technical architecture could scale with Meta's needs.
